Please help to plant trees in the City of Boston by donating to Grow Boston
Greener. Your contribution goes directly to pay for trees and materials used to maintain the trees
(mulch, tree gators, stakes & ties). This money is distributed to qualified non-profit organizations
in the form of mini-grants to fund their tree planting projects.
Grow Boston Greener is funded though donations made to the Fund for Parks
and Recreation, which was established as a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation in 1983 for the "purpose of
furthering the maintenance and preservation of parks now or in the future belonging to the City of
Boston and providing recreational facilities and programs to the residents of Boston."
All gifts are fully tax deductible.
Checks are encouraged, since fewer processing fees increase the net value of your donation.
Make check payable to the Fund for Parks & Recreation.
